Just as every person has differently shaped feet and toes from every other person, so we all have differently “shaped” personalities. Just as no person’s foot shape is “right” or “wrong” so no person’s personality shape is “right” or “wrong,” – just different.

By taking this assessment it will provide you with an indication to your personal style preferences and your work style. It will show you why you often behave and react to work situations in the way you do.

We will happily undertake the same exercise for your work colleagues, and your immediate team. Understanding each other’s style is a key determinant to becoming a highly effective team.

What is motivation?

So many things can impact a team’s motivation. We prefer to take an evidenced based approach, meaning the models, theories and techniques we use are supported by empirical research to prove their effectiveness.

When it comes to motivation, we use self-determination theory – a theory of human motivation and personality that explores three main intrinsic needs of competence, autonomy and relatedness. If you’re team aren’t feeling motivated one of these will be missing or low.
