What is Team Facilitation?

Overall, our facilitated workshops help your team improve how it identifies and solves problems, manage conflict and make important decisions.

As a rule, if you are used to chairing all your meetings – you know how difficult it is to maintain concentration on the issues at hand, whilst listening to everyone’s point of view.

With all this going on the problem we arrive with is not necessarily the same problem everyone else is thinking about. Often, it is challenging to arrive at the best and most important decisions whilst managing conflict between people and ensuring all follow-ups are actioned.

As a consequence these meetings can often feel like they’re not going anywhere, if that’s the case, employing a facilitator gives you time and space to think, observe and lead.
