MBTI® Working Better Together Workshop
At Scaffold Coaching, we don’t treat personality assessments as a solo exercise. Instead, we use MBTI® as a springboard for team insight, deeper empathy and better working relationships.
This workshop helps delegates to understand how and why we work the way we do can transform how we lead, collaborate and communicate in a half-day workshop that brings your team together to explore individual personality types and working preferences in a structured, fun and supportive way.
