Creating real behaviour change in your organisation
Learning that lasts
At Scaffold Coaching, we combine the art and science of psychology to create leadership learning that truly sticks. Our programmes are grounded in proven adult learning principles - like the AGES model. Focusing on attention, emotional connection, learner ownership and spaced repetition.
This helps your people absorb new thinking, apply it in real time, and build better leadership habits over the long term.
Add Co-Coaching for real impact
Our optional co-coaching sessions give learners the space to reflect, share and embed what they've learned, between modules. These facilitated peer sessions keep the momentum going, turning insights into action and driving real change in day-to-day performance.
Co-coaching can be added to any Scaffold Coaching programme for an additional cost.
How we support different learners
Our design meets people where they are, so everyone can engage and grow.
Visual: Clean diagrams, flip-charts and infographics to make ideas stick.
Analytical: Research-backed models, data and clear frameworks for evidence-minded thinkers.
Auditory & verbal: Story-led teaching, real-world examples, short videos and lively discussion.
Social: Breakouts, peer coaching and whole-team activities for collaborative learners.
Independent: Quiet reflection, journalling and personal goal-setting woven throughout.
Neuroinclusive by design
We can brief participants on the session flow in advance and discuss preferred seating and other simple adjustments—so people can focus, contribute and succeed in ways that work for them.
Physically inclusive in delivery
Beyond facilitation style, we work with you to ensure:
Venue accessibility: Step-free layouts and clear walkways for wheelchair users and colleagues with visual impairments.
Communication adjustments: Live captions, printed materials, or alternative formats for anyone with hearing or sight loss, agreed in advance with your team.
Psychological safety: Clear trigger warnings, voluntary sharing, and a coach available in breaks for one-to-one support, recognising that real lives come to work with us.
Inclusive and accessible learning environments
Every business is different. We will work with you to scope out exactly want you want to achieve. Creating a proposal that includes learning objectives and course conten, plus recommendations on venue suitability, accessibility needs and the psychological safety of all delegates.
We deliver a blended learning experience to help delegates apply new learnings in their day-to-day working lives.
The different learning styles we employ include:
Visual learners: Every session uses well-designed graphics, flip-charts and infographics to boost recall.
Logical/analytical learners: We ground discussions in research, data and proven models, giving detail-minded participants the evidence they crave.
Aural/verbal learners: Storytelling is front and centre. Our trainers share real-world examples, supported by short videos and lively group dialogue.
Social learners: Breakouts, paired coaching and whole-team activities create the interaction extroverts and collaborative thinkers thrive on.
Solitary learners: Quiet reflection, journalling and personal goal setting are woven throughout so introverts and deep thinkers can process in their own space.
This design keeps the programme fully accessible for neurodivergent colleagues. We can brief participants on session flow in advance, discuss preferred seating arrangements and place fidgets on every table so no one feels singled out.
